• Session cookie: keeps you signed in to your wallet, staff app or dashboard.
• Security cookies: protect forms and scans against misuse.
• wv_lang: remembers your language, English or Hindi, for one year.

Preferences stored on your device

• wv-theme: remembers light or dark mode in your browser’s local storage.
• Offline cache: when you add WarmVisit to your home screen, the app shell is cached so it opens fast.

Analytics

We measure page performance and usage in aggregate, without cross-site tracking.

Managing cookies

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies will sign you out and stop the wallet from working.
