One QR on the counter connects customers, staff and owners. Here is what each person does.
For customers

Scan the counter QR
Open the phone camera and point it at the WarmVisit stand. The wallet opens in the browser, no app store trip.

Sign in once with OTP
The first time, type your mobile number and the 6-digit OTP. After that you stay signed in on that phone.

Watch the stamp land
A golden stamp animates onto your card in about 3 seconds. Your progress shows as 7 of 10.

Show your reward
When the card is full, open it and show the counter. Staff enter their PIN, you enjoy the reward and the card starts again.
For shop owners

Is it safe?
Every stamp is checked against cooldown rules, GPS branch distance and a signed QR token, and every reward needs a staff PIN. Customer data is never sold.
