Terms of service

These terms govern your use of WarmVisit. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use WarmVisit for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

1. The Service

WarmVisit provides digital loyalty cards, a customer wallet, a staff app and an owner dashboard for local businesses in India. Customers use WarmVisit free of charge. Shops pay for plans as described on the pricing page.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your OTPs and staff PINs private.
• You are responsible for actions taken with your account and your staff PINs.
• You must be 18 or older to create an account.

3. Rewards are offered by shops

Each loyalty programme, its rewards and its terms are set and fulfilled by the shop. WarmVisit is not responsible for a shop’s products, services or its decision to change or end a programme. When a shop changes a live campaign, existing customers keep their earlier terms or get the better of the two. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be sold and may expire as shown on the card.

4. Fair use

You must not create fake visits, share or screenshot dynamic QR codes to collect stamps remotely, use automated tools, redeem rewards you did not earn, or attempt to access other people’s data. We may reverse fraudulent stamps and suspend accounts involved in fraud.

5. Shop obligations

• Honour rewards unlocked under your campaign terms.
• Send marketing messages only to customers who consented, and include an opt-out.
• Never offer rewards in exchange for reviews.
• Keep customer data confidential and use it only for your loyalty programme.

6. Plans, trials and payment

Paid plans are billed yearly in advance, plus GST. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial with no card required. Plan limits such as locations and customers apply as described on the pricing page. Refunds follow our refund policy.

7. Partners

Partners earn commission only on payments actually received from shops they refer through their link or code within 60 days of the first click. Self-referrals, spam and misleading claims are not allowed and void commission.

8. Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of your logo, content and customer lists. You grant us a licence to use them only to provide the Service. WarmVisit, its logo and software remain our property.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending the service

You can stop using WarmVisit at any time and export your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms after notice, or immediately in case of fraud or legal requirement.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
