Your data belongs to you. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the following rights, and WarmVisit makes most of them self-service.

Open your wallet, go to Profile and choose Download my data. You get a file with your profile, cards, visits and rewards.
Correction
Update your name, birthday and language in Profile. To change your mobile number, contact support so we can verify both numbers.
Leave a programme
Open any shop card and choose Leave programme. The shop can no longer see you or message you. Your unused stamps at that shop are removed.

Nomination
You can nominate a person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity by writing to us.
Grievances
Write to our Grievance Officer at privacy@warmvisit.com. We acknowledge within 48 hours and respond within 30 days. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.
For shop owners
You can export your customer list as CSV and delete a customer’s data from the customer directory. Requests you receive from your customers about their data can be forwarded to us and we will help you respond.
