Pricing questions
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card. At the end of the trial you can pay with UPI, card or net banking in India, or eSewa, Khalti or card in Nepal, or move to the Free plan.
What happens if I cross 50 customers on the Free plan?
Your existing customers keep collecting stamps. New customers see a friendly message to ask the counter, and you get a prompt to upgrade. Nothing is deleted.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are shown before tax: 18% GST in India and 13% VAT in Nepal. Your invoice includes the tax and your GSTIN or PAN if you add it in Billing.
Why are prices different in India and Nepal?
Plans are priced for each market and billed in local currency: Indian rupees in India and Nepalese rupees in Nepal. Features are the same in both countries. Your shop is billed in the currency of the country it is registered in.
What counts as a location?
A location is a branch with its own address. GPS branch detection and per-branch reports are available on Growth and Pro.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and the unused amount of your current plan is adjusted. Downgrades apply at renewal.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 7 days of the first payment on any plan. See our refund policy for details.
Is the QR stand really free?
Yes. Basic, Growth and Pro include one printed table or counter stand per location, shipped anywhere in India and Nepal.
