Pricing questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan is free forever and needs no card. When you upgrade to a paid plan you can pay with eSewa, Khalti, card or bank transfer.
What happens if I cross 20 customers on the Free plan?
Your existing customers keep collecting stamps. New customers see a friendly message to ask the counter, and you get a prompt to upgrade. Nothing is deleted.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are shown before tax (13% VAT in Nepal). Your invoice includes the tax and your PAN if you add it in Billing.
Is WarmVisit available in India?
Not yet. WarmVisit is live in Nepal and coming soon to India. Contact us and we will tell you as soon as we launch in your city.
What counts as a location?
A location is a branch with its own address. Each plan covers one location.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and the unused amount of your current plan is adjusted. Downgrades apply at renewal.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 7 days of the first payment on any plan. See our refund policy for details.
Is the QR stand really free?
Yes. The Pro plan includes one printed table or counter stand for your location, shipped anywhere in Nepal.
