How to redeem a reward

When your card is full, the reward shows as Unlocked in your wallet.
- Open the card and tap Redeem at counter.
- If the shop offers a choice, pick your reward.
- Hand your phone to staff. They enter their PIN to confirm.
You cannot redeem a reward without staff. This keeps rewards safe for everyone.
