Redeem a reward with your staff PIN

1. Ask the customer to open the unlocked reward.
2. Tap Redeem on their phone, or scan their wallet QR in the staff app.
3. Enter your 4-digit PIN.

Never share your PIN. The owner sees every redemption with your name.
